Throughout my journey, I have embraced diverse roles in the education field, including teacher's assistant, teacher, resource literacy teacher, vice principal, principal, and lastly superintendent of education. 

With the privilege of working for three large district school boards, I bring a broad perspective and deep understanding of the complexities of the educational landscape. This exposure has allowed me to witness firsthand the diverse needs and challenges faced by educators, administrators, and support staff.

As an experienced interviewer, I have conducted over 500 interviews with a wide range of professionals in the education field. From teacher assistants and school secretaries to teachers, early childhood educators, vice principals, principals, and superintendents, I have gained valuable insights into what schools are truly seeking in their ideal candidates.
